This Virtual Survey is a mobile app that allows you to connect with one of our sales representatives via video call and do a walking tour of your home, no contact necessary. This helps everyone in several ways:
- You won’t need anyone visiting your home
- We can see the layout of your spaces before moving day
- We can make note of how many large items you have to be moved
- We are able to check the entry/access options into your home and note any issues the crews might encounter on moving day.
During the virtual moving survey, your sales rep can snapshot the various spaces while you do the walkthrough and log them in your customer portal with notes so that on moving day our crew is prepared to meet your specific needs. This ensures limited contact, a valued feature during times of encouraged social distancing.
Move Planning and Management
Another great benefit of the new virtual survey is that it will feed right into MyUnited, a move management platform where you can access resources, track your relocation, check out local offers in your area for various home services, and complete your high-value inventory form, as well as other forms associated with your move.
