If you are in the early stages of planning your move this spring or summer move, there are many things to consider as you search for the best option to fit the needs of you and your family. Whether you are moving across town, or across the globe, ADSI Moving Systems and their partners in the United Van Lines Agency network can get you and your belongings from point A to B successfully. After serving the CSRA for 50 years, our team has built a relocation process that is focused on providing the best attention to care for our customers during what is usually considered a stressful time. If you are considering ADSI as your service provider for your upcoming relocation here are 5 things to keep in mind about our process and how it benefits you.
We provide a free in-home estimate
Most moving companies provide estimates, but we feel it’s extremely important to complete the estimates in person. This gives us a chance to walk your space with you, learn about any special requirements or requests you might have for your relocation and put eyes on the furniture and other items that might require specialty services before or during your relocation, like pianos or large appliances. This process helps us to provide you with the most accurate estimate up front, and helps to avoid extra surprises on moving day. If there are items you plan to sell or items that will NOT be making it to your new home, the in-home estimate is a great time to point those out and really iron out all the details of your project.
You will work with our Move Coordinator throughout the process
Once you book your move with ADSI, you will work with our move coordinator who will help keep you on track throughout the booking, pre-move and post-move process. She is available to you to answer any questions you might have about paperwork or the job or any of the parts and pieces of your relocation that need clarification.
We are a full-service relocation provider
We don’t just do the heavy lifting, our crews are trained to help you pack and load your items safely and efficiently as you prepare to move out of your old home. But the service doesn’t stop there. Upon arrival at your new home, we can go as far as performing a flat surface unpack where we help you unpack your boxes, place furniture, put together beds and complete other move-in day tasks. It’s a great way to get the most bang for your buck AND ensures that you are able to oversee more of the process of getting the boxes and furniture to the correct rooms, as opposed to spending your time and energy carrying boxes and items around the house.
We can recycle your paper & cardboard debris after moving
One of the biggest hassles of getting settled into your new home is trying to figure out what to do with all the paper and cardboard left over from your move. If we provide a full-service relocation, this will include debris haul away, which means we will take away all the paper and cardboard and recycle it for you! If you are not having us unpack you can talk with your move coordinator about scheduling additional debris pickups for those items after moving day.
We make your move all about you
We recognize that each of our customers is different, and we try our best to create a moving experience that is custom fit to your needs! We also strive to alleviate as much stress throughout the process by ensuring you have access to your moving rep and customer coordinator throughout the process.
